For a amateur like me, I don't need a whole set, just want something handy.
This is my kind of lens spanner, made of PVC coupling and double side foam tape. All you need is find something round, like PVC coupling, drug bottle, about 1/4" -3/8 inch small than your filter ring. Stick foam tape to it, fix the edge, you are ready to go.
